On February 25, 2025, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology issued a public notice on the acceptance of projects for the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Award in 2024. 

The project "Key Technologies and Applications of Structural Fatigue Experimental System in Complex Environments" participated by Shenzhen Enpuda Industrial Systems Co., Ltd. successfully passed the formal review and was nominated for the first prize by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education (Provincial Education Work Committee).

Project Introduction

On October 11, 2024, the Guangdong Provincial Highway Society organized a project evaluation meeting on the key technologies and applications of structural fatigue testing systems in complex environments in Guangzhou. The project is jointly undertaken by South China University of Technology, Chongqing Jiaotong University, Guangdong Provincial Highway Construction Co., Ltd., Shenzhen University, Tianjin Aerospace Ruilai Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Enpuda Industrial Systems Co., Ltd., Guangdong University of Technology, and Guangzhou University.

The meeting established an evaluation committee with Wei Yueguang, Xing Feng, Zhang Qiansong, Wu Yugang, Huang Linchong, Sun Xiangdong, and Wang Qiang as members. The evaluation committee listened to the project team's report, reviewed relevant technical materials, and after questioning and discussion, evaluated that the research results of the project have generally reached the international leading level.

This project focuses on the key technical challenges of structural fatigue testing in complex environments. Through innovative experimental system design and intelligent technology application, it achieves efficient and accurate testing of structural fatigue performance.

Its core technologies include high-precision fatigue testing technology, multi environment simulation technology, and intelligent diagnostic system, which can effectively simulate the structural fatigue behavior under complex working conditions, providing strong technical support for high-end equipment manufacturing in aerospace, rail transportation, national defense and military industries.
