This standard specifies the instruments, materials, composition, test conditions, operating procedures and result calculations of the cement mortar strength test standard method.
This standard applies to the inspection of the flexural and compressive strengths of Portland cement, ordinary Portland cement, slag Portland cement, fly ash Portland cement, composite Portland cement, and limestone Portland cement.
This method is to test the compressive strength and flexural strength of a 40mm×40mm×160mm prism cement sample.
The test body is made of a set of plastic mortar mixed with one part of cement, three parts of ISO standard sand by mass, and a water-cement ratio of 0.5.
The mortar is stirred with a mixer and formed on a vibrating table. It can also be formed using a vibration table with a frequency of 2800~3000 times/min and an amplitude of 0.75mm.
The specimens were cured in moisture for 24 hours together with the mold, and then cured in water until the strength test was demolded. When the test age is reached, the test body is taken out of the water, and the flexural strength test is performed first, and then the compressive strength test is performed for each section after breaking.
For the compressive strength testing machine, it should have an accuracy of ±1% and be able to test at a loading capacity of 2400N/s±200 N/s.
