In October 2018, teachers from Shijiazhuang Railway University came to our company to discuss the technology of the "rail rolling contact fatigue test bench". After more than a year of exchange of theoretical and practical experience between the two parties, this project, and our company’s technical staff consulted with relevant experts from Southwest Jiaotong University and the Chinese Academy of Railway Sciences, and conducted in-depth understanding and discussion on this project; The channel coordinated loading test bench, rail rolling contact fatigue test bench and other technologies have been studied in depth, and the full-scale rolling contact fatigue test bench of the University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom, the German DB wheel-rail fatigue test bench, and the US TTCI wheel-rail rolling test have been used for reference and analysis. Taiwan and other excellent foreign cases; detailed communication has been made on a series of core issues such as the control of the angle of attack of the wheel-rail fatigue test bench, contact friction and how to facilitate the deflection of the upper bracket. This discussion has laid a good foundation for cooperation with our company .

Shijiazhuang Railway University is a key university in Hebei Province.
