1. Mechanics and Fatigue Fracture:

●Conventional mechanical properties of metals (- 196 - 1000 C, tensile, compressive, torsional, impact, hardness, modulus of elasticity);

●Testing of metal fatigue and fracture properties (- 196 ~1000 C, axial high/low cycle fatigue, rotating bending fatigue, crack growth rate, fracture toughness, etc.);

●CTOD test of ship and ocean steel; crack tip of ultra-low temperature and heavy plate

●Testing of creep rupture and high temperature properties of metals;

●Performance Testing of Nonmetal and Composite Materials;


2. Rail transit:

Aiming at the requirements of light weight, high strength, vibration isolation and reduction, safety and environmental protection in rail transit industry, the reliability evaluation of rail vehicles and rail building materials is carried out to provide technical guidance and support for component selection and engineering application. The main services are:

Comprehensive performance evaluation of high strength aluminium alloy sheets and profiles for rail vehicles;

Evaluation of materials for bogies, gearboxes, wheels and other core components of rail cars;

Corrosion resistance and fatigue test of cable bracket and other components of railway car body;

3. Energy and electricity:

4. Ships and marine engineering:

5. Corrosion test:

It is mainly used to test the chemical or physical (or mechanical) chemical damage process caused by the interaction between metal and non-metallic materials and the environment, so as to grasp the characteristics of the corrosion system composed of materials and the environment, understand the corrosion mechanism, and effectively control the corrosion process.

Intergranular corrosion, pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion of stainless steel
