Functional uses:

This test-bed is mainly used for cyclic loading and fatigue performance test of seismic supports and hangers of buildings. It can carry out tensile, compression, low cycle fatigue and failure mechanics test under sine wave, triangle wave, square wave, trapezoid wave and combination wave.

The test bench is flexible and convenient to operate, and the sample installation crossbeam can be lifted and lowered freely, which is suitable for different sizes of samples. The advanced electro-hydraulic servo driving technology, high-precision dynamic load sensor and high-resolution displacement sensor are used to measure the force and displacement of the specimen.

The full digital measurement and control system realizes the closed-loop control of force, displacement and deformation. The test software works in the Chinese environment of windows. It has powerful data processing function. The test conditions and test results are automatically saved, displayed and printed. The test process is all controlled by computer. The test system is an ideal and cost-effective test system for scientific research institutes, building inspection and hoisting support enterprises.
